The Hope Benefit is organized by the Friends of the Senior Charity Care Foundation for the purpose of supporting charity care for seniors in care settings who cannot afford the total cost of their care and/or services. The Senior Charity Care Foundation uses the proceeds of the Hope Benefit to improve the quality of life of seniors in care facilities by fulfilling unmet needs. Each year the Friends select a Continuum of Caring Award recipient who has demonstrated strong support for the senior population.
The Friends of the Foundation chose Gail Miller, to receive the 2014 Continuum of Caring Award.
This year the event was held at The Tower at Rice-Eccles Stadium on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 from 5:30 - 9:00 PM.
